Phew. So I think I’m caught up enough that I can finally start posting stuff that’s happened since the New Year and my return to sunny Singapore. December partying continued when I went home to Manila for the holidays.  I spent two weeks meeting up with friends and making room for quality time with family. I foolishly thought I would manage to maintain some semblance of a weight-loss diet, but I was so, so wrong. :/

The days that followed were basically a whirlwind of celebrations and gluttony: a BBQ party on my actual birthday, trips to various restaurants around town with my friend Jamie, dinners hosted by friends (featuring delights such as homemade ham by the lovely Chishiho.) Om nom nom!
